Yesterday I already shared some of October 2015's exciting upcoming book releases with all of you, but there are so many more releases to keep in mind! Especially the 22nd of October will be book heaven for chick lit fans, because so many fabulous and promising titles will be released on that day; mark it on your calendars!

Which releases are you excited about? I'd love to hear from you! If you'd like me to include your book release in this list, feel free to contact me via e-mail or Twitter! :)

Sue Watson - 'Bella's Christmas Bake Off' (22 October)

Bella Bradley is the queen of television baking – a national treasure. Her Christmas specials have been topping the ratings for years and her marriage to Peter ‘Silver Fox’ Bradley is the stuff of Hello magazine specials.

But this year things are going to be different.

For Amy Lane, Bella’s best friend from school, life hasn’t held quite the same sparkle. And when Amy’s husband walks out three weeks from Christmas, it seems their lives are further apart than ever.

Amy has watched Bella’s rise to fame fondly, despite the fact Bella was always a terrible cook. But when she realises that Bella’s latest Christmas book is made up entirely of Amy’s mother’s recipes, the gloves are off…

After winning a competition to appear on Bella’s TV show, Amy is going to make sure that for Bella and her viewers, this will definitely be a Christmas to remember…

Why so excited? --> Sue Watson is a wonderful author and I've really enjoyed all of her novels so far. I'm really excited to hear she will be releasing a Christmas story this year and it promises to be a fabulous one! Baking and Christmas? Count me in!

Trisha Ashley - 'A Christmas Cracker' (22 October)

This Christmas is about to go off with a bang!

Things can’t possibly get worse for Tabby. Framed for a crime she didn’t commit, she suddenly finds herself without a job. Then to make matters worse, Tabby’s boyfriend dumps her and gives her cat away to a shelter.

But rescue comes in the form of kindly Mercy. A master of saving waifs and strays, Mercy wants Tabby to breathe new flair into her ailing cracker business. Together, they’ll save Marwood’s Magical Christmas Crackers.

But someone has other ideas. Mercy’s nephew Randal thinks Tabby’s a fraudster. Stubborn, difficult and very attractive, her future depends upon winning him round. But it’s that time of the year when miracles really can happen. Standing under the mistletoe, Tabby’s Christmas is set to be one that she will never forget...

Why so excited? --> I know I keep repeating myself, but here we've got another fabulous author whose Christmas novels are always a true joy to read. I've really come to love Trisha Ashley's warm stories and I have a good feeling 'A Christmas Cracker' will be the perfect read for a cold Sunday afternoon in November.

Judy Astley - 'A Merry Mistletoe Wedding' (22 October)

It is almost a year since Sean and Thea met and it's been a roller-coaster ride: they're getting married on Christmas Eve!

But before they know it, things begin to get complicated. Trying to manage a long-distance relationship in the build-up to their Christmas wedding is one thing, but as one challenge after another comes their way, the happy couple begin to wonder if they'll ever make it down the aisle...

Stephanie Butland - 'The Other Half of My Heart' (22 October)

“It smelled bittersweetly of sourdough, and there was the trace of hot, fresh bread in the air. She took a deep breath and unlocked the door”

Fifteen years ago Bettina May’s life’s veered off course in one disastrous night. Still reeling from the shock of losing everything she thought was hers, Bettina opens a bakery in a village and throws herself into the comfort of bread-making.

She spends her days kneading dough and measuring ingredients. She meets someone. She begins to heal.

Until someone who knows what happens that night walks into Bettina's bakery. In the pause of a heartbeat, fifteen years disappear and Bettina remembers a time she thought was lost for ever...

Can she ever go back?

Why so excited? --> An author that's completely new to me, but I already really like both the cover and description of Stephanie Butland's 'The Other Half of My Heart'!

Ciara Geraghty - 'This is Now' (22 October)

An ordinary day. An ordinary bank. An ordinary street in an ordinary town. Nothing ever happens, until, one day, a shocking robbery turns life upside down for five people:

Cillian, a police detective,
Martha, the woman he thought was the life of his life,
Tobias, who came to Ireland after WWII and now lies in a coma, shot in the bank robbery,
Roman, the young Polish teenager who is suspected of pulling the trigger
and his mother Rosa, the cleaner, who dreamed of a better life for herself and her son...

...and things will never be ordinary again.

Why so excited? --> Another author whom I haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet, but I really want to check out one of Ciara Geraghty's novels in the near future. Her new release 'This is Now' promises to be a really intriguing story and I can't wait to pick it up this October.

Holly Martin - 'Snowflakes on Silver Cove' (30 October)

Libby Joseph is famous for her romantic Christmas stories. Every December, readers devour her books of falling in love against the magical backdrop of the Christmas season. If only Libby believed in the magic herself…

Struggling to finish her current novel, Libby turns to her best friend and neighbour George Donaldson to cheer her up. But George also needs a bit of support himself. Nervous about getting back into the dating saddle after splitting from his wife, he and Libby strike a deal. She will teach George how to win over the ladies, and Libby will in turn be inspired to inject her novel with a good dose of romance.

As Libby and George explore the beautiful White Cliff Bay on a series of romantic Christmas-themed dates, Libby finds herself having more fun than she’s had in ages and…discovers feelings that she never knew she had for George.

But is it too late? Will George win someone else’s heart or can Libby act like the heroine in one of her stories and reach for her own love under the mistletoe this Christmas?

Why so excited? --> Oh, I just love love love everything about this novel! Holly Martin is a great author, the title is just wonderful and festive, and the cover is too cute. Definitely at the top of my holiday reading for 2015!
